Being able to understand someone’s passion is one of the best things on earth to me. One of the reasons that I believe in this way is because of the smile, energy, and love that a person speaks with when they’re in the know. Recently I had the great opportunity to meet with the senior pastor of New Millennium Baptist Church located at 541 Brown Street in Akron Ohio.
Pastor Deniela Terasa Williams has been putting in work in her community as a leader for 5 years. Her church (New Millennium Baptist Church) serves as a beacon of hope for those that are still wandering in the wilderness. One of the great things about her ministry is that she understands the importance of our youth.
Recently Pastor Dee Williams and New Millennium Baptist Church celebrated and honored the children of the church with a graduation style ceremony. The ceremony had guest speakers, student acknowledgments, and even a place to take a picture. To be honest, I could go on and on about the great things that the church is doing but I’d prefer you hear it from the pastor herself in the video posted below.
