Meek Mill is going to hell for this sh-t.

Before I go in on this song by Meek Mill titled: Amen, I have to start off by saying that I am not one of those holy roller types but "DAMN". This n-gga is going to hell for this sh-it! When the song first comes on you can hear Meek Mill thanking god for some of the blessings that he has been receiving. The production of the track sounds like traditional gospel music over a trendy hip hop beat. To be honest when I first heard it I thought that Mary Mary has done it again (LOL). But I soon realized it was far more unorthodox than even they would do. Keep in mind that I am a believer of freedom of speech as an artist. And at the same time I thought the song and the out-cry was kind of funny -so back to the song. After Mill say his thank yous to the most high that's when all the foolishness starts.
 He artistically uses lingo that has become synonymous with the traditional black church. The  word F-ck and church should never be used in the same line to try get a week ass metaphor across. He goes on to say things like " think I'm about to overdose to b-tches catching the holy ghost. Other noticeable blasphemous lyrics are "She wanna F-ck and he say church". That's right, for those that don't understand-a young lady has suggested sexual relations with him and his answer is Church? This sh-t is hilarious and not in a funny way. He continues with statements like "the sex is so good (and he uses the P word to describe sex) that he screams OH LORD". I feel so bad saying this but one of the funniest, craziest and straight ignorant things that he say on this record is... basically he drink so much that he "pisses out the liquor Rozay". Now that's a lot of damn drinking! Anyway, he invited a few friends to go to hell with him and yep you guested it, the ever so popular Drake contributed to this foolishness. In all honesty Drake tries to promote helping others less fortunate. Which is the only way this songs subject matter should have gone. This was a grand opportunity for some major players in the game to infuse some type of righteous knowledge in an otherwise mindless music movement that fills the airwaves daily. Now DAMMIT, you can't tell me that these two young brothers and R&B sensation Jeremih wasn't raised better than this. Or are we so far gone that it's cool to sound and look like an ignorant dumb ass rather than sound like the young black intelligent kings that they are. With all of that being said, I still kind of like the song. So I guess I'm going to hell to. Until next time have some fun and get something done.
