One of the best things about doing this Akronhiphop/Mecca Media thing is when people from out of town contact me via emails, Facebook Messenger or phone calls to tell me that they didn't know that Akron Ohio had so many different forward-thinking, revolutionary driven, African American entrepreneurs.

Personally speaking, every time I get contacted about how positively "black" we're looking as a community and city it solidifies our efforts. Again our main goal is to paint positive images of our people every day. With that being said, my brotha and rapper The Legend KC stopped by to talk about his new movement called Support Basis Initiative.

In short, The Support Basis Initiative is a movement answering the concerns of the father while he's paying child support. Rapper KC believes that the paying father gets the same treatment as the fathers that don't pay. Check out my quick conversation/video above as he explains his views on the matter.
