I've been wanting to talk to my man (Robert Deck) for a while now and finally got the chance to sit down with the brother to see how he's impacting the community. In-short, he told me that he's been working as a recruiting source for the student athlete. He said that the need for a complete understanding of the recruiting process is paramount when it comes to the student athlete.
While in conversation with him I began to realize that quite a few of our inner-city students don't have that concern person or mentor to help them get to the next level- which is where my man Robert Deck comes in.
