2 Live Music Super Store
Recently I got a call from business owner Norma Jean of 2 Live Music Located on BLAkron's west side. As always we talked about the latest products and services that they're offering to the community. But this time around she didn't wanna talk about what her establishment has to offer during her promotional video (that we here at Mecca Media produce biweekly). She wanted to spotlight an average guy that was doing some not so average things for his community.
The brotha's name is Andre and he decided that he wanted to give back by donating book bags and school supplies to needy families and students. The great thing about this "dope" gesture is that brotha Andre is just a concerned citizen that is doing his part with his own money. He even showed 2 Live Music some support by purchasing gift certificates to give away as well.
These are the type of stories and individuals that we like to showcase on our platform. With one concerned thought, brotha Andre was able to impact the community economically (by purchasing the gift certificates) and morally. Remember Akronhiphop's movement and mission is to simply paint positive images of our people everyday. With brothas like Andre and sistas like Norma (from 2 Live Music) painting those images will always be easy to do. Until next time, have some fun and get something done.
