DeShawn Johnson who is one of the barbers at Transformations Barber and Beauty Salon is more than just that. Some of you may know him as the rap artist Lazarus. Some of you may know him as the CEO of Street Lite Music. But to know him as a "motivational" speaker is to truly know him in his entirety. This past weekend DeShawn took the time out of his busy schedule to take part in The DALE Program's First Base Initiative.
In-short, the initiative is simply exposing inner-city children to the game of baseball. At this time we would like to thank The DALE Program's founder Willie McGee for all that he does regarding our community.
