Sometimes I am reminded that not every person in the city of Akron, Ohio is average. Some people go over the standard narrative of "I'm just trying to stay out the way". With a new CD titled "The Price Of Freedom" Rich P is using his platform to invoke positive change for his community.
On August 19th, Rich P is kicking off the first annual Rich P's Back to School Drive. The event/drive will take place at the Summit Lake Community Center. In-short, almost any and everything a student may need for school will be donated and granted to those in need. Don't forget about his new CD. I asked him what made this project stand out from all of his previous works. His reply was..."This project (The Price Of Freedom) I made with the youth/my own children in mind. But don't get it twisted, the delivery, production, wordplay and style is traditional Point Gang Ent. Please check out our conversation/interview below.
