One of the things that made this weekend so dope, was the fact that "we as a nation" has been stuck in the house practically more than a year. In short, we all know that the nation is all the way "open" again and everything is fair game. With that being said the area was visited by some dope stars & events all weekend long.
One of the events that I attended was the SWV concert featuring Mint Condition's lead vocalist Stokley. The concert was a huge success especially coming off a world wide pandemic. As one of the Sistas With Voices said during their "fire" performance "It was good to see so many people gathered together in one place - showing so much love". I also was reminded why Stokley is considered one of the best in the game. His performance simply blew me away. Once again, big ups to Danny Mac and the entire New Seasons Production crew for putting on such a dope show and also allowing us to help get the word out.
