Rob Butler's Birthday Celebration For His Son

Super Promoter Rob Butler & His Son (Lil Rob)

One of the “dopest” things about what I do, is the good people that I get to meet. As a person whose core mission is to paint positive images of “black” people every day, I consider myself very fortunate. When the world thinks about the “American black man,” many negative stereotypes come to mind. But if you take the time to simply break the mental chains of what’s been propagated, the American black man isn’t all that bad.

Super Promoter and serial entrepreneur Rob Butler are one of those African American men whose class, intelligence, and hustle are off the charts. As a businessman, Rob Butler understands the mindset that it takes to transcend the boundaries and struggles of living in BLAkron, Ohio. From his first entrepreneurial endeavor which was a very popular night club located in downtown Akron called The Sky Lounge, to a health-care business, a real estate company, and of-course boxing and entertainment promotions, Mr. Butler exudes the characteristics of a great role model for our youth.

With that being said Rob’s baby boy (Lil Rob)
Lil Rob At A Boxing Event
recently celebrated his 12th birthday. In true superstar fashion, Mr. Butler spared no expenses when it came to making his little king happy on his special day. Mr. Butler recognized the impact that the recent quarantine had on his family and the city of Atlanta in which he currently resides. Originally from Akron, Ohio Rob Butler always stay connected to his family and friends up north and decided to fly some of Lil Rob’s loved ones to celebrate “big time” in the Georgia sun on a yacht and a pool party as well.

Inclosing, Rob Butler’s relationship with his son should be applauded. The love and example that he shows his son is paramount and should be seen as a beautiful portrait that (in all honesty) can be seen displayed by many African American men in our communities. Our job here at Akronhiphop is to simply combat all the negative imagery (that we see about us every day) by continuing to paint positive images of our people non-stop. Until next time have some fun and get something done.
