Recently, we did a promotion for Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken which is located at 61 E. Waterloo Rd. in BLAkron Ohio. The video we shared via social media (Facebook) has been viewed over 3k times thus far. One of the things that stuck out in the video was the taste test part. Personally speaking, when filming the taste test I realized that the food looked so good that I wished that it was me testing/eating the food.
As you may have guessed, we went back to Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken to do another "promo" but this time around yours truly was blessed to be the person doing the taste testing. As always the conversation with owner/entrepreneur
Melvin Ellis was epic. This brotha is so insightful and inspiring that I believe anyone that's lucky enough to have a conversation with him will be truly blessed. His partner/chef (Dino Taylor) is just as dope and intelligent. Their attention to detail is paramount when talking about their business, community, and people.
