Getting Busy With LaMont Porter Who's Campaigning To
 Be The City's Next Councilman At Large

During this year's campaign season I've had the pleasure of working with some of the city's most popular councilmen & women. The thing that I find pretty "dope" is the amount of so-called new faces that has added themselves to the mix.

One of those faces is brotha LaMont Porter. LaMont Porter is on the campaign trail to become the city's next Councilman At Large. For those that don't know "Councilman At Large is defined as follows: At-large is a designation for members of a governing body who are elected or appointed to represent the whole membership of the body (for example, a city, state or province, nation, club or association), rather than a subset of that membership. At-large voting is in contrast to voting by electoral districts.

When talking to the would be councilman, his ambition and excitement about making a positive impact as it pertains to our city is paramount. His commitment to getting the roads fixed, getting better opportunities for our small business, and getting our schools to reintroduce "trade programs" to our youth is what he's all about.
