New Music From Akron RapperThe Legend KC On August 3rd 2017

A few weeks ago I did an interview with Akron Rapper The Legend KC. During the interview we talked about his new CD/project. It was then that I found out that it was going to be his 12th release. The CD/Project will hit the streets via his website thelegendkc.com on August 3, 2017. With that being said let's revisit the post from a few weeks ago

When it comes to the phrase " support the people that supports the community" it can be seen in many different ways. The first way can be simply taken as supporting the people who as supported you. The other way can be taken as to simply mean: support the businesses, programs and organizations that has always be there in your neighborhood.

The Legend KC exemplifies the term " support the people that supports the community". For those that don't know, The Legend KC is an Akron rapper with 12 albums to his credit. And as always, he contacted me in-regards to his latest project titled A Legend Never Dies.

As always, talking to KC is a breath of fresh air. He has been in the game for so long that I could hear the wisdom that the game has taught him. One of the things that makes KC stand out to me is he was one of the first Akron rappers to release digital music on the web. According to him that's his bread and butter.

The new project is filled with that same "street style and knowledge" combined with a retro vibe that his fans has come to expect. Some of the standout tracks are: "What You Talking Bout",  "Kitty Kat" and "On The Low". Featured rappers on the project are A-Minus, Logic, Black, Jay Murder and Billy Chemicals. Not to forget a track produced by Akron's own DJ Drama.

In-closing KC have always shown support to other Akron rappers and the outlets that help promote the music. With that being said I would like to thank him and his company for rolling with us here at Akronhiphop, Don't forget to check out our quick conversation/interview below. Until next time have some fun and get something done.
