It's that time of the year where everybody is struggling to make ends meet. In our communities, times like "x-mas" along with a few other special times of the year can often set us back. In all honesty, nothing compares or comes close to the holiday season except back to school time.
Here at Akronhiphop/Mecca Media Entertainment, we understand that this time of the year can be crazy for most of us. This is why we always partner up with a few concerned barbershops from around the city that are more than willing to help out with "back to school" cuts and specials.
So far, we have some of the city's most popular barbers doing the right thing by supporting the people that supports them. Rennies Barbershop, Transformations Barber & Beauty Salon, Distinguished Gents Tonsorial and The Experience Barber and Beauty along with a few others should be supported by the community as well. Most of them are giving away school supplies and other much needed things to help kick this school year of right.

Our job here at Akronhiphop during this time of the year is to promote the barbershops that are doing their part to help the people of our beloved city that I call BLAkron Ohio.
