| Body Builder The Animal |
I've been so excited about hooking back up with one of my original brothas The Renegade King "Animal". For those that don't know this brotha has been rolling with my brotha and me for years. He used to do security while on tour with us. When we started rented out nightclubs he was also there ensuring a safe environment.
As it seemed almost inevitable Animal would go on and become a professional wrestler and bodybuilder. Now in 2018, he uses his experience and expertise that he learned over the years to train, inspire and educate the community about living a healthy life via the art of bodybuilding.
During each videotaped segment or show Animal will show his viewers the dos and don'ts in-regards to training your body with heavy metal/weights. Also, he will be dropping some insight about the plight and condition of black America. Please Check out his quick segment that we call The Lion's Den posted below.
