Over the years I have consulted with countless of people who have shown an interest in starting their own. Keeping in that tradition (and my new year's "revolution") anytime that "I" get interviewed I try to remember to say some words of encouragement and practical knowledge that you can use to get started.

Recently, I went to get interviewed by one of BlAkron-Ohio's fastest growing podcast programs. The name of the podcast is called Truth Be Told Radio with your host Big Ra and the brotha Tanc.
