The Copley Road Community Center located at 775 Copley rd is a black-owned and operated facility. In-Short, it is a hub for everything one could imagine in-regards to community building. It houses services like G.E.D classes, life and job skills training, free lunch program, hall rental for events, a men mentoring program, boy scouts and a 24 hour day care service.
The great thing about the 24 hour day care service is simple.The staff is from the same community. Meaning, they can relate to the unique yet specifics needs that some of our youth are in need of. The confront of someone watching you're child (that truly understands him or her) is of the utmost importance.
I would like to also take this time to Remind the community that they will be having our food pantry open this and every Tuesday and including Saturdays from 6pm-8pm. Also every third Saturday they will be feeding the community from 4pm-6pm. Until next time, have some fun and get something done.
