Keeping Busy With "Fitness Guru" Billy Fit

Anytime we get a visit from the fitness and wellness guru (Billy Fit) I always feel great. Knowing that this brotha is 58 years old and full of life makes me feel like my physical goal are truly possible. Now don't get me wrong I see this brotha doing his thing being busy working with people from our community. But it's always a good thing when he comes down to help us all in the office or wherever we may be shooting.

This time around Billy Fit showed up at the green room where we record our weekly television program for the Prime Local Network. Remember, if you have a Roku, The Fire-stick, Amazon TV or a smart television all you have to do is search Prime Local then download to watch the program. Again, our show is a weekly production which airs a new episode every Thursday at 7pm.
