How To Conduct Yourself During A Job Interview

Vencia Sales

As a brotha with management experience during my time in the so-called "work-force" I've had many opportunities to employee some of "our" people. Now don't get me wrong, I look to hire anyone (regardless of their cultural heritage) that I think would be conducive to the company's bottom line.

One day, while in the office I had a great conversation with the lovely Vencia Sales. First off, I have to say this. You really don't get to really know someone until you talk to them yourself. By saying that, I'm simply saying that I really didn't know how professional, knowledgeable and receiving Ms. Sales really was until that conversation.

Be Professional is not selling out
We talked about being hiring managers while working for the so-called "man". While doing so, we both agreed that some of  "our" people truly don't understand how to conduct themselves during a job interview. So I decided to set up a date where Ms. Sales and myself could elaborate in more detail about the do's and don'ts when it comes to job interviews. Please check out our conversation posted below. It is our hope that someone can use this conversation to better their personal situation. Until next time, have some fun and get something done.
