One of the great things about what I do is..the amount of intelligent black owned business owners that I get to build/converate with. The general public believes that "the successful black entrepreneur" is a myth, kinda like big foot. In other words, to come across a successful black owned business is considered rare. But those of us that think about the importance of supporting black owned businesses know all to well how successful these type of businesses can be.
I personally believe that the main ingredient that allows a small black owned business to strive is the personality that drives the day to day efforts and affairs. Of-course when I mention the word personality in this particular paradigm I'm simply talking about the owner/operator.
