New Release Tuesday have always been like x-mas coming once every week. As a young brother I use to love hitting up the record stores to see what new music had just been released. I loved the record shop so much that I worked in several across the country. From Billboard reporting stores, mom and pop shops and even large chain stores I've always got excited during this time of the week. I later went on to open up my on record shop so I could continue to be connected to the industry. Most people don't realize that back in the day music retail was the backbone of the game as a whole. Now since the creation of the world wide web the game has undergone some serious changes. One of those changes is of-course how we get our music. More importantly is how new releases are being promoted. Well by now we all know that when you are looking for new music it's easy. All one have to do is just go to any social media outlet, websites or blogs and you will find anything you're looking for. Well we here at Akron Hip Hop.com has dedicated every tuesday to promote new music from new artists.
