| A pissed off Chris Brown |
Ok, so I'm sure everyone knows about the Chris Brown interview on Good Morning America. Let me first start by saying I Loooove Chris Brown. I think he is so sexy and so talented and he is the very best at what he does hands down. That being said I have to admit that I am a little disappointed in him, because I know that he has worked very hard over the last two years rebuilding his career, and image, and I feel like he gave everyone a reason to shit on him all over again. He handed himself over to the media at an untimely fashion. I know that you have to be held accountable for the decisions you make good, bad, or indifferent; and I feel like he has done that and overcome the circumstances involving Rihanna. I don't think that he should have to relive those events every time he steps foot in front of a camera, he has already apologized and paid his debt for past faults. Chris Brown alleges that he was unaware of the line of questioning and Robin alleges that he was aware of the fact that she was going to mention his past. Well we all know there are two sides to every story and the truth lies somewhere in the middle. I would assume that when you are asked to do an interview you are made aware of the topics that are going to be discussed beforehand. I feel like Chris Brown was initially in control of the interview, and then he went back stage and lost control. He should have saved that for the gym. I don't believe Chris Brown is crazy or bi-polar or any of the negative things that the media is saying about him. He may very well have anger issues but that isn't something that he can't overcome as well. I hate the fact that he has given everyone a reason to criticize him and say things about him that are untrue, de ja vu all over again. There are a lot of people out there who are still angry about his past with Rihanna, and they don't want to see him doing well. I believe that he should have and could have conducted himself in a more mature manner it's all about self control, because he basically threw a tantrum which was not a good look for him.
We all know he is not the first and won't be the last to show his ass on or off camera when things don't go his way, but Chris you are so much better than that! I feel that he has come so far, and there is nothing but great things awaiting in the future. Don't give the media so much power! So many people are so angry to see you doing good; there are a lot of people out there who are pissed that you have had such a welcoming well-earned comeback, because they don't think you deserve it. So my advice to you would be to KEEP MAKING THEM MAD WITH YOUR EXTRAORDINARY TALENT! Not your so-called violent outbursts. I think Kanye said it best "Fuck the Past Make Love to the Future."
