When we think of rap music here in the city of Akron Ohio, many names may come across ones mind. Akron's historical long list of legit rappers and the independent labels that represents them should be considered among the nations best. Akron legends like Ampichino, King Locust, Flames Oh-God and Chino Nino all have put it down for our city in a major way.

Continuing that legendary tradition, Akron rapper & label head The Binessman is considered by many as Akron's next to blow. The Binessman have been doing his thing for many years. As a result you can bare-wittness via Leroc Films on YouTube. There you'll see many of his music videos, label mates and crew dating back as far as 10 years ago.

The Binessman who's real name is Bart Williams, owns and operate his independent record label called Criminal Dizeaze. The label is home to some of the rawest rappers coming up in the city. With that being said The Binessman's dedication, leadership, hustle and rap skills are the reasons why he is BLAkron Ohio's rapper of the month.
