How To Eat To Live With Ebony Brown

Every now and then we come across a great spot that has great food. The NoHi Cafe located on Akron's north-side (778 N. Main St.) is that spot. The great thing about the NoHi Cafe is that they showcase unique cultural cuisine prepared by unique people. This past weekend's featured cook/chef was Akron's own Ebony Brown from (soon to open) Ebbo-Niques Cuisine.

Ebony has been serving the Akron community for years. Her style of cooking is inspired by knowing how to eat to live. In-fact, there's a book written by The Most Honorable Muhammad titled How To Eat To Live in-which Ebony credits as one of her inspirations. At this weekend's Pop Up Shop at the NoHi Cafe she will feature some of the city's best vegetarian options. If you miss her this weekend, You can connect with her on Facebook @Ebony Somone. Until next time, have some fun and get something done.
