As always, when the owner of Akron's only Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken comes to town he and I always have great conversations. The owner's name is Melvin Ellis and he's a native of Akron Ohio. One of the things that I find so "dope" about the brotha is his commitment to our beloved city. His restaurant is located at 61 E. Waterloo Rd in Akron Ohio. Since he opened the doors to his fine establishment he has been giving the community great food and great food for thought.
