Any time my brotha Melvin Ellis (the owner of Akron's only Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken) comes to town you're sure to get some great food. Of course, some of you may be thinking that I'm talking about the food that you eat. In reality, when it comes to brotha Ellis, the great food that his restaurant (which is located at 61 E. Waterloo Rd. in Akron Ohio) is responsible for, is not the only food that he loves dishing out. The other food that I'm talking about is "that food for thought".
