Black Love Is Supporting The Community During Covid 19

Wes & Lavina Black

Community is defined as "any group living in the same area or having interest, work, etc. in common". Many of us limit the word “community” by race, culture, or nationality. People like Akron Ohio’s power couple and business owners Wes & Lavina Black understand that community is much more than race. They believe that a community can also be defined as a group of people undergoing the same set of circumstances at the same time.

In the light of this past year’s unique set of circumstances (civil unrest etc.) and current worldwide pandemic, unlike many of us, Wes & Lavina has been blessed with successful business ventures. It was during these some-what chaotic times that they heard the voice of God telling them to be a blessing to the people as society finically struggles with simple day to day affairs.

It’s a great thing to know that many organizations, churches and even the US government has kicked in to help people during these times. But when everyday people (with the ability to financially make a difference in people lives) obey the word of God by giving away a car every week, incredible results start to happen.

In short, Wes & Lavina believes as long as God (along with the community) continues to support their business ventures they will continue to positively impact the lives of families every week by giving a car away. Personally speaking, I believe that it is imperative that we as a community support their efforts by rallying behind their already impactful mission. Please check them out in the video posted at the bottom of this article. Until next time, have some fun and get something done.
