Last week I had a ran in with two of BLAkron's up & coming rap artists who goes by the names of Remy Pipkin and Dre D. Dabney. The thing that was so dope about these rappers were the amount of insight and knowledge they spoke with. Many people assume that rappers don't have a lot of intelligence but these two brotha's were definitely super conscious and "woke".
They were at the community event that was held at Buchtel High School this past weekend. When talking to these brothas about their music and movement, they both displayed enthusiasm and optimism. Like I always say, I love talking to people that has something positive to share. And If their new music is as "dope" as their character then sky's the limit for Akron's next to blow.
