Every now and then I come across somebody that I've known for years. As it pertains to reconnecting with them often times I find out some good news or some bad news. My brotha The Legend KC (a local rapper and music producer) recently told me that he was having health issues.
While at the event recently held at Lane Field the brotha had a great conversation with us here at AkronHipHop.com. He began talking about his struggles regarding changing his eating habits. My partner and Akron's own Fitness Guru "Billy Fit" took the time to educate the brotha and to let him know that everything will be OK.
One of the great things about hanging with people that are consciously awake is they have so much to contribute to the community.
