During this particular time of the year, everybody is trying to do their fair share when it comes to helping the community. Not only do warm weather and more free time create more opportunities, it often fosters good attitudes.
Some people don't wait for the weather to break to help their community. Groups like The M.G.T Of Akron (the female members of The Nation Of Islam) has always been at the forefront as it pertains to helping our community all year round. Their outreach efforts define the phrase "boots on the ground" meaning they're always out and about pushing the program.
It is my honor to be helping these intelligent
women of god with their promotional efforts this seasons. Sister Nadiyah Habeeb-Ullah will be featured on AkronHipHop.com as well as our other platforms to keep the community posted on their latest outreach efforts. With that being said, their next event is called The Suicide and Healing Community Outreach.
The Suicide and Healing Community Outreach will be held June 30th, 2018 (2-4:30pm) at 60 S. High St. Akron Ohio 44326 which is the main library (room 2AB). The Speaker for the event is Ebony Muhammad. For more information please check out our quick interview and conversation posted in the video below. Until next time have some fun and get something done.
