As some of you may know, every Tuesday at 8pm we have a new broadcast exclusively on our youtube channel called The HiramGlyphics show. This show is designed with the community in mind. It is our hope that on the program we can get the city's conscious community to call in and discuss their views on the said topic.
This week we come from our weekly radio show on Akron's Free Radio WMVU 96.9 FM, we talk about the word "Assimilation" which is simply described as The process by which a person or persons acquire the social and psychological characteristics of a group: “Waves of immigrants have been assimilated into the American culture.”
With that being said, I gotta give a shout out to the people that understand what it really means to be "pro-black" The "Urban Dictionary" describes the term "pro-black" as a lifestyle that encourages the economic growth and development of the black people as a whole with a purpose of increasing the wealth and population of black people around the world. Whether it be spending money with black own business in your communities or online. Promoting love for black people and encouraging black youth is it's soul purposes to keep uplifting black people in America. Until next time, have some fun and get something done.
